Akasa AK-CC029-5 is a thermally advanced active cooling solution for Intel LGA 775 processors in 1U server chassis. The heatsink is made of pure copper with skived fins technology ensuring rapid heat transfer and efficient dissipation.

AK-CC029-5

The long life two-ball bearing fan draws the cool air though the fins and extracts hot air to one side to support chassis airflow. Pre-applied spring-loaded screws and motherboard backplate guarantee safe retention.
