It's not broken or faulty I just changed my mind !!
1) You have 14 days to cooldown, decide you have made a mistake and send the goods back to us. 2) Goods returned should not be opened or used in anyway. 3) We will not pay for goods not wanted to be returned. 4) We will refund the cost of the goods, not the shipping charge for sending to you.
It has been delivered broken.
1) Not a problem , call us for a replacement or discount 2) Please where possible inspect the goods being delivered before signing for them or sign not checked. 3) All postal costs are covered by us.
It's been working fine but has become broken.
1) Return the goods to us with a letter of problem and a copy invoice. 2) We will replace or repair the faulty item 3) We can not cover costs of transport to us. 4) No charges will be made for the return of item, unless we find no fault. 5) No refund of faulty goods will be made after goods are past 30 days old
When returning an item please make sure you send a letter with details of the return, order number & Return address
Unlike most companies we will deliver to your work, neighbour or other more local collection point so you don't have to worry about missing your delivery.
