The chassis takes an ATX board as well as MATX and Mini ITX. When using ATX you can only use 4 expansion slots as the motherboard other expansion slots sit under the Psu.
The drive cages take 4 x 3.5" if board is more than 9.6" x 9.6" then you will not be able to use the bottom of drive cage so limited to a total of 3 x 3.5" per cage.
