Whoa! I almost forgot to write this review and it is certainly something I want to share. I bought a second RM424 PRO this holidays. I received a big discount because I had some alignment problems with a other chassis. I’m very satisfied how X-case resolved the issue. So in my opinion customer support is really great. Not to forget I can recommend the RM424 Pro as you can read in a other review of mine.

Fast shipping, very good customer service that answers fast and efficiently. Very good price/features ratio for that product (perfect for a Plex server). One little inconvenient: a little short manual with case would have been nice ;)
