We ordered a pre-built rack server intending to put in our own raid card. There were problems with the case we had purchased which made this difficult to fit after the fact. After a call to Xcase they swiftly arranged for the server to be collected, along with our raid card, changed the case, fitted our raid card, all without charge and the server was back with us within a couple of days.

We are currently very short on Chassis stock, Our normal supply from China is Held due to massive price increases in container shipping - up 700% from January.
If this does not resolve itself soon we will have little choice but to ship stock to the UK but prices will increase at least 25%.
