I have bought the 2U and 4U versions of this case although I have only built out the 2U case at this point. This is a very well constructed case which is the perfect size for the task at hand. I aimed to transplant a Lenovo E73 mid tower case PC into a more usable form factor for transporting to live streaming events. I had no need of the front panel IO or DVD drive so this is a good fit. The result can be seen in the pictures. I made 2 minor modifications. First, I replaced the supplied fans with Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM fans because the Lenovo uses 4 pin fan headers. I also left out the top cross member because I don't intend to add any more 2.5" drives and the chassis is strong enough itself with the lid attached without the additional weight. The specs are: Xeon 1275l V3 (Haswell), 16Gb Crucial RAM, 250Gb System SSD, 480Gb Recording SSD, NVidia GTX1650 Low Profile, Elgato HD60 Pro. I ran Unigine heaven and Cinebench repeatedly to check for thermal issues. Although the fans ramped up the temps were in acceptable ranges. (60-70c GTX, 67c CPU, Ambient temp about 19c) In order to prevent the system case fan error message it is necessary to reflash the BIOS of the E73 with the fan arrangement you intend to use. The error then goes away. Great price too for a very good looking case.
